Developing Your Workforce Narrative — Here are 3 resources that can inform aspects of a firm's workforce narrative/story. (1) 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝. This 20-page paper shares ideas on how organizations can communicate and tailor the messages of their human capital narrative to different stakeholder groups while drawing from a single source of truth.
