🌟 Reflecting on the Success of the Caucasus and Central Asia Construction Forum that took place on 12 – 13 June 2024 in Tbilisi, Georgia! 🌟 This important event was organized by the ACEG - Georgian Association of Consulting Engineers (ACEG) in partnership with Hogan Lovells and Intelligent Solution LLC, showcasing the power of collaboration across multiple disciplines in the construction and infrastructure sectors. 💡 The Forum tackled a range of complex issues, including the successful construction and infrastructure projects in the region, the role of international financial institutions in financing the complex projects, intricacies of contract drafting, project management, and claims management, dispute resolution and the role of arbitral institutions in dispute resolution, and the role of industry associations. 📜 What made this event truly unique was its multidisciplinary nature.
