I am very happy with the turnaround of two temp-to-perm placements made this week (within the same organisation) 🔹Reached out to several suitable looking candidates (amidst a sea of non-relevant candidates) 🔹I Interviewed 4 🔹Client interviewed 4 🔹2 Candidates received offers All within one week! I always try to keep my ‘candidate interview to client placement’ ratios, as low as possible. And I manage this by ensuring: *Candidates* 🎯 The CV is relevant in the first place (whilst being mindful that CV’s rarely give the ‘full picture’) 🎯 The initial screening process between myself and the candidate is concise and meaningful. 🎯 The internal interview between myself and the candidate is meticulous. = Learning more about their professional experience and drivers, whilst diving deeper into their personality - determining their suitability for the role/organisation in question. *Clients* 🎯 I truly understand the organisation and the people I am working with (and their sector) 🎯 I understand the job brief. - A job description is only part of it. There are always many nuances involved. From my experience, the more detailed the conversations with the client are - the more likely I am to be able to translate this into candidates who meet the job requirements AND suit the dynamics/culture of the team/organisation.
