Piper Sandler is pleased to announce the successful closing of Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe for Vista Prairie Communities, headquartered in Champlin, Minnesota. Proceeds of the notes will be used to finance the construction of a 139-unit senior living campus located in St. Francis, Minnesota. In addition to the notes, Piper Sandler placed a $7,100,000 Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) loan for the project with PACE Loan Group headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Vista Prairie Communities is a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization that owns and operates eleven senior living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Ohio. Vista Prairie Communities is dedicated to serving those who entrust us with their lives, health and well-being. Vista Prairie transforms lives by providing compassionate care and joy-filled environments in the communities they serve, offering a full range of senior living services including assisted living, independent living, memory care, care suites and respite care.
