We’re celebrating the last day of Customer Service Week with our Customer Operations Manager, Simon Moore 🎉 This week has been a fantastic opportunity to shine a light on our talented customer service team and our impressive customer feedback! Q1: What made you choose to work within customer service? A: It has always been a passion of mine to help others, regardless of the problem. I’m a people person, so working in customer service has always been a natural fit for me. Things can sometimes go wrong, and its my job as Operational Leader to lead by example, create a team that listens, a team that genuinely cares about doing the right thing. We have all had to make call for support, having someone take ownership and resolving a customer service issue really measures a company’s commitment. Q2: What makes BeFibre stand out in their customer service approach? A: There’s a few answers to this one. Firstly I would say it is our vision to deliver broadband as it should be by being the provider that keeps its promises to customers. Everyone wants reliable, fast broadband, but more importantly they want a provider that keeps its promises and genuinely cares - that is how we stand out. The people within BeFibre have come along way in our journey together and our team has grown. We take care of each other as a team, and all our efforts as a team go into delivering the best service we can. Q3: What do you focus on personally, to support your customers? A: I focus on listening to what our customers want and need. Customer expectations are higher than ever before, people compare providers and remember their actions. Customer focus is a core value for who you want to be as a company and how you want your customers to feel about you. Being an Operational Leader puts me on the front line with the customer. This is the best place to be to ensure we deliver broadband as it should be! That’s a wrap on Customer Service Week but luckily we focus on our customers all-year round! #BroadbandAsItShouldBe #CustomerServiceWeek #Team
