The new ride or die for designers and retailers? Or an automated customer service chatbot, one word away from a PR disaster?...   While AI may be the new creative catalyst to expedite thinking or engagement, as with everything, there is always a counter-trend that is of equal measure. In this new AI age, retaining a humanised relationship between brand and consumer will be sacramental. Physical service destinations with heightened tactility, will begin to hold more meaningful value in retail.
