Today marked a momentous occasion in our journey to unite LloydsPharmacy and McCabes Pharmacy teams at our first official gathering. Today over 50 of our pharmacy and support office teams met to learn about ‘The McCabes Way’, a framework that codifies the core values and principles that our amazing teams embody every day as they deliver exceptional patient care and customer experience. This framework empowers each and every one of us to continue to do the right thing for our colleagues and customers, to build life long relationships and make a positive difference to our patience lives.
