Interact and Get approval from value added customers like PGCIL EPC Contractors, SEB, Power Projects, Export EPC Contractor working in overseas countries for Sales & Business Development. Implementing competitive strategies for generating project sales, developing & expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets. Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies. Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth. Giving presentations and demonstrations to the prospective clients; handling pre-tender activities and various techno-commercial functions for securing projects. Search opportunities and develop new markets (especially East south and exports) Market share and data analysis of mangals as of now and plans for next 3months to 3 years. Digital presence across all customers. Suggestions for new products Development. Develop relations with complimentary good manufactures to grow potential customers. Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing pre/post technical assistance and achieving delivery and quality norms. Training, coaching, assigning / communicating jobs to the team.
