Well, good morning, good Monday morning. My name is Sandy Epperson and I'm a resident over at the Phoenix of James Creek of which I love and. Something that my husband taught me that I have used as my life first as well, and that's from Philippians that talks about being grateful in all things. Being thankful in all things is what Philippians says. And that means in the morning when we wake up, whether it's Monday or the middle of the week to look outside and if you see the sunshine, that's easy to be thankful for. But if it's raining or not a good weather day, God says be thankful for that too. And whatever happens in our life, this is a real test of, of practicing to be grateful in all things. Because there are many things in our lives that we could be sad about very quickly, that we could be either in a grumpy mood or in a very sad mood. And if we follow what God tells us to do just to be thankful in all things, it changes what we feel. It changes actually. This may sound silly, but it changes what your face looks like. Your face will look happier, you will feel happier, and our bodies respond to that, and that's good medicine. So Happy Monday, I wish you well and I wish you being thankful for all things.
