📣 Important announcement: Our Chief Executive Officer Frank Stührenberg hands over the position to Dirk Görlitzer at the end of December 2024. Frank Stührenberg, Chairman of the Group Executive Board of Phoenix Contact and CEO, will retire after 33 years with the company at the end of the year. He will be succeeded by Dirk Görlitzer, Chief Operating Officer and member of the Group Executive Board since 2020. To ensure a smooth transition, Frank Stührenberg and Dirk Görlitzer will hold the position of CEO together from July 1, 2024. Frank Stührenberg will also remain involved with the Phoenix Contact Group in the future as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the newly founded Phoenix Contact E-Mobility Holding SE.
