Looks refreshing but I thought step 1 (Needs Assessment) should make reference to results framework so that the M&E strategy is not seen as a stand alone.

🚦Spotlight on I-4: Enhancing Florida’s Transportation!🚦 The I-4 is a crucial link for Florida’s economy, connecting the east and west coasts, as well as the Tampa Bay and Orlando metro areas. However, it’s facing significant safety and congestion challenges. In 2020, the Florida Department of Transportation received funding from the Advanced Transportation and Congestion Management Technologies Deployment (ATCMTD) Program. This initiative will roll out an advanced Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) system featuring next-gen traffic incident management, work zone traffic management, road weather alerts, freeway back-of-queue warnings, transit signal priority, and speed harmonization with V2I technologies. Key Highlights of ACME's group work on the I-4 Project: - Performance Measurement & Evaluation Plan created and led by Dr. Sisinnio Concas. - Data Management Plan for the entire I-4 FRAME deployment. - Comprehensive project goals, evaluation methodologies, performance measures, and data management. ACME, in collaboration with research faculty and universities, completed the "before" evaluation and is gearing up for the "after" evaluation as the project moves forward.
