Further applications of AI in HR encompass #Onboarding and #Offboarding (48% and 40%), along with #PeopleAnalytics (42%). A noteworthy 45% report time savings of 1-3 hours or more daily through the use of AI-based tools like Chat-GPT in HR. 💡Proficiency in AI knowledge aligns with positive evaluations and heightened efficiency in HR processes. An urgent call for ongoing #education in the era of AI! 🤖 Disappointingly, only 23% of surveyed companies are implementing training initiatives for the utilization of ChatGPT in HR.
