One of my good friends came to IT from a long career in medical device sales. He's professional, articulate, values diligent support and is actively learning the building blocks of IT. He commonly tells me that one of his observations after making the transition is that businesses do not value IT sales professionals in the same manner that doctors value medical sales professionals.
