CREATIVITY IN ARCHITECTURE The Pritzker Prize is the Nobel Prize of the field of architecture, a reliable sign that its recipient has shown enormous creativity in designing and building spaces. This year's recipient is Riken Yamamoto of Japan. One of his admirers summarized his style as Open Space, Open Mind. To me, that sounds like a recipe for encouraging creativity through inspiring social connectivity. https://lnkd.in/da5Qze9Y

Within the Rammteck international project, the AlUla Heritage Museum stands as a profound representation of the preservation of history embodied in a single, solid structure. It weaves a philosophical narrative of historical development, where the walls themselves transform into storytellers, unearthing the depths of the past. The museum's elegant and uncomplicated design mirrors the intricate nature of delicately rammed earth walls, arranged in various directions. This arrangement gives rise to a captivating façade, adorned with layers of earthy tones that harmoniously merge together. www.Rammteck.com #eartharchitecture #sustainableconstruction #sustainablearchitecture #vision2030 #rammedearth #rammed_earth #architecture #architecturelovers #architect #architecturedesign #architectures #lookingup_architecture #sustinability #creative_architecture #architecturephoto #architecture_view #architecturaldesign #Concept #amazingarchitecture #oldarchitecture #architecture_minimal #RRarchitects #rammedearth #sustainability #naturalbuilding #ecofriendlydesign #SustainableConstruction #RammedEarthWalls #InnovativeBuildingDesign #ConstructionMethods

1mo“I want to address problems that clients are not commissioning architects to address,” Another great example is the work by Lebbeus Woods, who drew on an architecture not for clients, not for society, but an architecture that focused on disruption and violence. By challenging gravity and government, his sketches raised questions about repetitive human spaces, and how they could evolve free of conventional limits.
