100 days from listing to closing is a bit misleading. Yes, we listed the business and closed 100 days later. But... The seller and I originally met in 2021, when I discussed what it takes to sell a business. The seller realized they weren't ready yet, and they reached out to me at the end of 2023 to start the conversation again. We were fortunate to find the perfect buyer quickly.
