Last week, we at Pfannenberg had the pleasure of hosting an incredible OKR Conference at our headquarter in Hamburg! Colleagues from all over the world joined us for a week filled with insightful discussions, strategic planning, and collaborative growth. ⚽ The conference culminated in a thrilling football tournament, where employees teamed up and competed in friendly matches, showcasing our team's spirit and camaraderie. 🔥 After the matches, we enjoyed a legendary Pfannenberg BBQ, filled with delicious food, great conversations, and lots of laughter. 🙏 A huge thank you to all participants for making this event a resounding success. One of the values at Bielby Holdings is collaboration, and that was certainly evident this week. Over two days, we brought together 40 Engineers from across our sites to a forum to network, deep dive into foundations mastery, and share knowledge through the Bielby Pillars. The Bielby Pillars are the anti-silo (if that’s a word?). The pillars are all about fostering collaboration between sites and functions, always. 💻Capturing and scaling examples of good in a user friendly knowledge library, so that we are never reinventing the wheel and key information is always at our fingertips 🗣️Sharing lessons learned so that we can replicate successes and avoid others learning from mistakes the hard way 📱Ensuring that our people know the SME’s to call on when they have questions 👩💻Facilitating lunch & learns and forums to continuously develop and grow our team To quote Legacy, a book that I am re-reading at the moment - “Create a learning environment where leaders are teachers. Improve 100 things by 1%. Learn from both triumphs and setbacks, and foster an environment where growth is an ongoing journey, not a destination.”
