EU textile regulations #fordummies... CSRD, ESPR, DPP, PEF, EPR, UCPD, Green Claims... ???!! When I started working at Carbonfact, I was so confused about all these terms... The European Commission is gearing up for a revision of the EU Textile Labelling Regulation (TLR) to enhance transparency and sustainability standards within the textile industry. As part of the update, new guidelines encompassing physical and digital labelling, as well as sustainability and circularity information, will be introduced for anyone commercialising textile products in the EU market.
