Yesterday, during a blustery walk along Eastbourne seafront with Sascha Evans, this somewhat gaudy attempt at hiding a building site, was thrown across my eyeline.
➡️ reminded me though of what I’ve learned from my clients:
🔸 many women are incredibly amazing at giving empathy to others, but don’t really know how to give it to themselves.
➡️ sounds stupid, right.
But if you actually take a moment to think about it, consider how hard it is to say kind things to ourselves!
It often doesn’t come naturally.
And it can be super destructive to our growth, success and happiness.
👉 If you were 20% kinder to yourself today and actually showed yourself some empathy, how might you feel different?
➡️ it’s the most simple thing, and you all know it. But there’s a big gap between knowing something and doing something.
➡️ that’s why clients work with me. Because they know this and have decided they want to start doing something about it.
