Eddie, Tommy, Matt and Megan | Our MEP Experts. Meet the pillars of our Mechanical and Electrical Contracting team: Edward Longman joined Building Services in 2014 and has since become a cornerstone of our MEP division. Eddie boasts a stellar track record in placing freelance and permanent candidates, ranging from supervisors to senior directors. His expertise and commitment make him a trusted name in the industry. Tommy Smithson became part of our team in 2023 and quickly rose to the role of Recruitment Consultant, specialising in MEP Quantity Surveyors. His exceptional dedication and relationship-building skills with leading construction companies have set a new benchmark for excellence. Matt Dade started his recruitment journey in 2021 as a Permanent Consultant within the Structural Engineering sector. After gaining significant experience, he transitioned to MEP Design, focusing solely on the contract space. Megan Field joined us in 2023 to support our Managing Consultant within the MEP sector, ensuring we are delivering the very best service to our clients and meeting their growth plans.

After gaining valuable experience over a year and a half, he transitioned to MEP Design, focusing solely on the contract space. During this time, Matt honed his expertise by collaborating with design consultancies and contractors.
