For the third year, PeopleForBikes commissioned a nationwide trend study on bicycling participation from the Physical Activity Council. The reports span five cycling categories: unpaved (mountain), paved (road), BMX, stationary (group), and stationary (individual). These reports represent our industry’s best estimate for participation in specific cycling activities during 2023 and provide valuable insights to help understand overall trends in ridership and analyze audience segments. PeopleForBikes Coalition members can access the reports at https://bit.ly/3VgRJuy . Non-members can purchase the reports at https://bit.ly/3VjCAIM
