#agtech is at an inflection point. The default approach and value proposition of disruption and disintermediation has largely fallen short of the results expected. A new trend now emerges, bringing novel and innovative solutions to market that enhance the ag value chain rather than try to pull it apart. Case in point, this great interview with Chris Abbott, new CEO of Pivot Bio on The Modern Acre Podcast. • AgTech is moving off the disruption mindset to one of partnering with others and using existing channels • The most capital efficient path to growers is not to go direct to growers(!) Check it out!

This is a fantastic podcast, well worth the time to take a listen. A few things that stood out to me; 1. Are we finding and leveraging partnerships that benefit the grower? 2. Are we solving a problem that matters? 3. Are we connecting to the source of the problem?
Nothing happens in a vacuum. Partnerships and collaboration are absolutely critical to progress, which is why it was so fun to hear Pivot Bio's new CEO Chris Abbott talking about the importance of partnerships and the role they will play in Pivot's growth on The Modern Acre Podcast. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
