For anyone who isn't sure where this is.....the desert state of Dubai! I know! A months rain fell in hours and obviously caused huge chaos and disruption. Thankfully all my clients were not flying into the situation as I was able to pre-empt this and change tickets and re-route etc and enable them to get where they need to either on new dates or with different airlines to get where they needed without too much disruption.
