I have phoned got through to lovely girl who advised me my account was locked because of £8 owed . She passed me through to another girl to make a payment and she was looking at my account I was going to make a payment and after a long silence from her the call was disconnected. Can someone call me back to enable me to make a payment please. And also why I was disconnected from this girl. I have tried on numerous social media sites asking if someone could call me re my locked account.
Hello, PayPal I don't understand your procedure for putting limitations on my account, I have processed and provided the needed documents such as my ID photo and my bank statement. Instead, you put a permanent limitation on my account. I have funds there that I work hard for editing photos. I hope you take a much better approach to this matter. Yours truly, Graziel Prudenciado

I know it is not right place but I can't login to my Paypal account because you can't send me verification code on my mobile device. Without this code I can do absolutely nothing with Paypal. Sorry for the trouble, but I'm trying everything to get to my Paypal account. Sincerely, Darko Lončar
Perfect, there is much to do, i have spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in my 17 years as a customer. Never a problem. But the first time i had a problem, i had to go to Chase to resolve it. It seems i am doing business with you because i have no choice. Is that how you want me to think?

Congrats, Francis! I have to share bad experience on working with my account as well. Keep receiving the error message when try to link the account and it forwards me to help. But customer agents doesn't exist. Tried 1000 times, but no help. Please get in touch in order to resolve

1moI have had the worst experience with PayPal over the past 24 hours. A threat actor was able to access my account and purchase a one year substription from MyHeritage Ltd that was not me because I could care less about DNA testing. The response that I got back when I filed the complaint was that there was no wrong doing, and I was lucky that Navy Federal Credit Union noticed it as an unusual transaction and notified me. I am trying to cancel the account but who ever I talked to on the phone today said the "investigation" would take 15 days. As we said in the Marines - I am raising the BS flag on this. Stay away at all costs because they are not protecting our money.
