Congrats Srini Venkatesan and hope You will push the company to solve madman situation which occurs when trying to login into PayPal account after you change phone number. It is like endless loop - you need to be confirmed by code sent to phone number you don't use anymore.
On 19th June, 2024, I tried to complete a Fiverr order of about $114 from your platform. Unfortunately, the funds was removed from my card linked to PayPal but the funds didn't get to Fiverr claiming that I haven't purchased any gig. No one seems to be responding from your support team! Where is my money?
Impressive growth!

1wWelcome to your new position. I hope that you can improve the security of your customers' accounts. I recently paid $$$ to a friend on Pay Pal. I sent the money to the woman whose photo appeared by her name. Sadly, as I have since learned, she never received any of the money because a hacker attached their email to her photo on the PayPal site. I have requested a refund from PayPal and was told it was "under investigation" but since I have a personal account, not a business account, my chances are slim for getting my approxminatly $700 dollars back. Personal accounts must not be as much of a priority. I have notified American Express as well. I hope PayPal will do the right thing and accept responsibility for their security breach by refunding me so I can pay my friend the money I owe her. If you can help, I'd be grateful. Nobody else seems to have made the effort thus far.
