Todays interesting reading about knowledge sharing in organisations: Nonaka and Takeuchi’s (1995) article is about individual knowledge and how it is created through interaction between individuals at various levels in the organization. They argued that organizations cannot create knowledge without individuals, and unless individual knowledge is shared with other individuals and groups, the knowledge is likely to have limited impact on organizational effectiveness (Nonaka and Takeuchi 1995).
