In light of Self-Care Awareness month (and Suicide Prevention month), let's talk about what self-care actually means. Self-care is more than just bubble baths and shopping (although, I do personally highly enjoy both of those), it's taking a more holistic approach and looking at dimensions of wellness. It's important to work toward understanding and balancing each dimension. This month, take a deeper dive into each of these areas and how you are caring for yourself. Are you balanced?
