Paramount Global has been the leader in diversity and inclusion in the studio space, and I sincerely hope that no matter what happens in the coming days/months with the possibility of a sale or no sale that the CONTENT FOR CHANGE initiative survives. Former chairman/ CEO Bob Bakish was a vocal and active supporter of Paramount's "real" push in this space, so I hope that it survives.

Big applause for my former/fellow PROUD co-leads for the amazing, often unsung work you do weekly!
