Responsibilities: We’re looking for someone to execute
Sales Growth: Drive revenue by setting ambitious targets and ensuring consistent performance.
Strategy Execution: Execute the plan as per the management directives which includes and not limited to expanding our customer base, enhance our market presence, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Client Relationships: Cultivate & nurture enduring relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about emerging markets, product developments, and competitor activities.
Reporting: Will be reporting to Director – Sales & Marketing, present accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports to senior management from your territory.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven track record as a successful sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
Sales Manager in the workplace design and build services industry, the following key skills are essential:
· Sales Acumen: A deep understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and closing deals. You should be able to identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into sales.
· Networking Skills: Must be of an affable disposition & able to mingle efficiently.
· Passionate: Passion for exceeding targets and a customer-centric mindset.
· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with workplace design and build services, including trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape. Stay updated on industry developments.
· Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM software, and other technology platforms is crucial. Adaptability to new tools and software is a plus.
· Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Listen actively, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be interacting with clients, colleagues, and senior management regularly.
· Analytical Skills: Interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
· Time Management: Juggling multiple tasks, meetings, and deadlines requires effective time management. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
