Process Improvement & Multi tasking Self-confidence& Spontaneous thinking Manage Groups & Planning according to the needs of the company Analyzing Information A high degree of motivation and self-discipline Goal orientation and team sprit Job Summary: Administrating & maintaining the activities related to Food, Security, Housekeeping and travel management. Provide guidelines on smooth flow of activities related to Equipment & instruments. Maintenance procedures of all dept. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing the Security process of all the dept. Responsible to ensure that the process is followed. Food and Coffee vendors are identified and quotations are requested. Preliminary discussions are held with the vendors and request for the food sample to check the quality of the food. Once we decide the vendor we shall start providing the food to the employees. To check and follow whether the Food and coffee are served at the right time to the employees. Maintain stable supply of food at pre – defined time intervals. As and when the requirement is raised the cab will be organized to the respective people with the proper approval from the management. All the approval should be intimated well in advance to the admin dept to organize the cab / bus facility. To ensure Movement and Visitor Registers are entered properly. To find security & House Keeping agencies and source the required workforce needed for the safety precautions and cleanliness of the building premises. Ensure proper logs are maintained for attendance. Maintain cleanliness of the entire office premises. Any changes to be made in the process to be intimated to the management. Annual Maintenance Contract is taken for prime and necessary items. The list of contractors and the contract details are maintained as per Annual Maintenance Contract Details. Details of such contacts and actions taken are entered in Breakdown Report. Periodical check-up needs to be organized for the equipments that is under AMC and maintain as per its AMC maintenance schedule. Equipment's requiring calibration is also outsourced as AMC to ensure the same are done by professionals in a precise and prescribed manner. Responsible to ensure optimum use of the facility and time of handling of incidents Immediate actions (disposal actions) and Corrective actions are taken by Process Head to avoid recurrence of problem after analyzing root cause(s). Such actions when implemented, details of Corrective action taken and its effectiveness are recorded in an Analysis Report. Identify the measuring needs and accuracy required for instruments, Give a unique code no to each instrument To prepare all MIS reports of management More Information 7338883297

🎥 | What are the most important deliverables for Operations from a Facility Manager? 🤔 Welcome to #FMCorner with Danny Koontz 👇 All of us who have spent time on the facilities side of the business knows our customer is operations. Yes we have finance, development, training, culinary etc. to work with but our customer is operations; The people who serve the customer. Remember, if you are not serving the customer, you need to be serving someone who is. 💡 The two most important words for your success as a facility manager in working with the operations team are - Trust & Honesty - Getting operations to trust you and your team takes time. You need wins. But how do you accomplish those? Use my favorite saying: "Underpromise and Overdeliver!!" Do what you say, when you say it will happen and ensure you meet or exceed what you tell them. If you don’t do this on a regular basis, you cannot build trust. As with most things, communication is the key. Talk to operations, then do what you agree to. Be honest and upfront. If it is their fault that caused the issue, then teach them how to prevent it. If the mistake is on your side in facilities, own it. Trust and Honesty | When you have achieved those two core principles with your operations team, the ability to deliver and sustain that success is at the highest level it can be and you form a team with your operations that can't be beat.
