Many thanks to Ashley Watson and Jim Chan for sharing your actionable ideas and best practices and for reminding us what helps DEI initiatives succeed: accountability, transparency, activating your internal and external stakeholders through a collective sense of ownership, and staying true to your company's values. I also appreciate your point about how "DEI is a marathon," where you're not constantly reacting and starting over but rather strategically building upon what you already know is working, committing to data assessment and good internal communication along the way.
