Offshore Energy UK (OEUK) Medicals Due to the remote work locations, Offshore Energy (previously Oil and Gas) UK policy states that all persons working offshore must be examined and certified as medically fit to do so. These offshore medical examinations should be undertaken at least every 2 years. Certification that this medical standard has been met helps offshore installations meet their rigorous safety standards, protecting both the individual and their offshore team members. What are the Certification Processes? The worker completes an online questionnaire to provide details regarding their health, and an appointment made for an in person medical examination. At the appointment, the information is reviewed by our OEUK registered doctor, and any additional information explored. The individual will then also undergo the following: - Audiometry (hearing test) - Urinalysis (urine test) - Visual tests - Height and weight - Appropriate clinical examination - Further investigations (if necessary) - All being well, the offshore medical certificate is provided on completion of the medical – paper and/or electronically. Furthermore, certification of fitness for Emergency Response Team (ERT) duties and Passenger Short Term Air Supply System (PSTASS) in water training can also be provided. 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 sites are hazardous places that require a high level of fitness for work. It is important that every person must be examined by a medical professional at least once in two years. Medical assessment can lead to four outcomes, unlimited, limited, restricted or failed. A restricted certificate is for those in which a health condition is able to be managed offshore, however, it is only possible with awareness and support of installation operators. Thus, they need to be informed and must be careful about such workers. More than half these people are restricted due to problems such as blood pressure, diabetes, BMI, and cardiac issues. Whether you need a restricted 𝐎𝐄𝐔𝐊 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 or 𝐎𝐄𝐔𝐊 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐙𝐨𝐬𝐡 𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 is here to cater your need. We have the best feedback for our offshore medical. Register before the last medical expires! ALCOHOL IS THE ANESTHESIA BY WHICH WE ENDURE THE OPERATION OF LIFE. | THROW BALL | COMMUNICATION | DRIVING|
#snsinstitutions #snsdesignthinkers #snsdesignthinking Hi connection I am happy to share my article about medical gas supply Medical gas supply systems in hospitals and other healthcare facilities are utilized to supply specialized gases and gas mixtures to various parts of the facility. Products handled by such systems typically include: Oxygen Medical air Nitrous oxide Nitrogen Carbon dioxide Medical vacuum Waste anaesthetic gas disposal (US) or anaesthetic gas scavenging system (ISO) Source equipment systems are generally required to be monitored by alarm systems at the point of supply for abnormal (high or low) gas pressure in areas such as general ward, operating theatres, intensive care units, recovery rooms, or major treatment rooms. Equipment is connected to the medical gas pipeline system via station outlets (US) or terminal units (ISO). Medical gas systems are commonly color coded to identify their contents, but as coding systems and requirements (such as those for bottled gas) vary by jurisdiction, the text or labeling is the most reliable guide to the contents. Emergency shut-off valves, or zone valves, are often installed in order to stop gas flowing to an area in the event of fire or substantial leak, as well as for service. Valves may be positioned at the entrance to departments, with access provided via emergency pull-out windows.

#Preventive_Maintenance_for_ #AnesthesiaDevice: #الصيانة_الوقائية_لجهاز_التخدير #Eng,#Abdallahabdelrahman Maintenance primarily involves mechanical checks. The device must be fully inspected daily. Oxygen alarm circuit should be checked daily and before each use. All valves must be inspected daily. The functionality of the vaporizers should be checked daily. Weekly inspection of gas and liquid anesthetic sources. Gas tubes and connections should be checked weekly. Troubleshooting Anesthesia Device: Mechanical Maintenance: Often involves checking valves. Check the valves, and if there's a problem with the gas flow rate measuring unit, it may indicate dirty delivery tubes or a leak in the valve loop. Check the vaporizers, and if there's a leak, replace the plug or valve gaskets. When the valve gives a pressure reading different from the actual gas pressure, inspect the valve disc or gaskets, and replace any faulty components. Replace the non-return valve when it fails to close the device outlet. Replace or repair the safety valve when it fails to close the device outlet. Electronic Maintenance: Often involves the oxygen alarm system. When the oxygen pressure alarm doesn't work, it could be due to a faulty alarm, improper oxygen gas flow, or a non-responsive magnetic holder. If the inhalation alarm doesn't work, it might be due to a faulty inhalation alarm or air intake valve. Repair the malfunctioning part, either by replacing the alarm or repairing the valve. When the alarm continuously produces sound, it may be because of a malfunctioning alarm valve, air intake valve, or the flexible diaphragm; these components should be replaced. If the inhalation valve operates continuously, this may be due to a power supply issue or an improperly secured air intake valve. #sales #Biomedicalengineering #Biomedicalengineer #MedicalEquipment #Medicaldevices #Medicalimaging #Clinicalengineer #fieldserviceengineer #HealthCare #Healthcaretechnology #Salesspecialist #Medicalsalesrepresentative
