My primary role is Regulatory Affairs and Product Registration Manager in Brazil.” 2️⃣ What aspect of your job motivates you and gets you excited to come to work every day? 1. The challenges and learning opportunities. 2. Possibilities to work and interact with people from different cultures, expertise, and life experiences. 3. Collaborate on the strategies to support new technologies for use in food production. 3️⃣ What are the values and culture of SynTech Research Group that resonate most with you? “Ethical behaviour & respect for the people.” 4️⃣ What specific company programs or benefits do you consider contribute to it being a great place to work? “Flexibility with my location during work and the possibilities to consider career opportunities in different geographies.” 5️⃣ What is your favourite activity or hobby outside of work, and how have you found support or community for it within the company? “Staying with my family, travelling, and getting to know different cultures and people.” 6️⃣ Is there a particular achievement or project in your career at SynTech Research Group that you are especially proud of? “Being part of this big team at the local, regional, and global levels, and supporting the building of the local regulatory team and the learnings from this experience.” “Additionally, I was invited in 2022 to perform regulatory training in BioSolutions, which was a huge challenge, once counted on the participation of many professionals and experts from the crop protection and plant nutrition sector, which was well received by the participants.” 7️⃣ How would you describe the relationship among employees at SynTech Research Group and how does it contribute to the work atmosphere? “The relationship is collaborative and respectful between people, from different areas and different geographies.” 8️⃣ Is there any personal story or anecdote you’d like to share about your time at SynTech Research Group that exemplifies why you enjoy working here? “I don’t have any special story, but here I have the freedom to position my ideas and opinions and can see that the company leadership is always concerned to do their best to make the company a good place to work.” #SynTechResearch #GoodPlacetoWork #GPtW #workplacethatlistens #AndréiaShiwa

This week in La Felguera, we have been awarded with the Bayer API AWARD 2023 in the category of PEOPLE. For us is a tremendous honor to receive this recognition in a time in which we need to give a step ahead working in a different way. In this case, a small self-managed team, our Visibility TEAM in LF, has been identified as an example of how things can be done when you try to show others, internally and externally, the power of communication.   With the new management trends, some strategic initiatives as the Dynamic Shared Ownership must be deployment in all levels of the organization and, of course, also where things are happening fast and our products are being produced.   In this case, the Visibility TEAM is a small and good example of it. Four departments interacting in a production site. There is no a "simple" Head but the Sponsor role is relevant. There are no static roles. The responsabilities are shared. The approaches of each one are diverse, and everybody is focused to carry out our purpose: Engage People to Communicate in the site. That's the way we MAKE IT REAL.   Many times we are doing wonderful things and we are performing extraordinary results. However, we are not able to show them when we are considering all of this as a simple routine. Also, sometimes we are looking for a solution where others have just found it before facing the same trouble.   Because of this, nowadays, interaction, insights exchange, visibility and communication must be basic pillars to obtain our best as a modern organization.#APInetwork. #Teambayer

We maintain autonomy in that we aren’t looking to team up with or to participate with #worldweed culture. Participating in #worldweed when prohibition demonized #cannabis, imprisoned us as cultivators, and willfully denies the #endocannabinoidsystem is blasphemous. It’s a matter of principal really. After decades of living in the green closet as a science teacher, trial and error learning, the #cannabisindustry swoops in, hires OG cultivators and herbalists to learn everything we know, fires the OG, then forges forward with their petroleum based process. Sickening, but really happening. To engage in the homogenization of #Cannabisculture as industry creates their platform and regulations is something I can not do. We who refuse to engage are unwilling to change up our lifestyle. Unwilling to meld with petroleum based agriculture, pharmaceuticals and textiles. Unwilling to accept a plant that produces ecs balancing phytocannabinoids as a regulated substance. Prohibition demonized #cannabis/hemp to create a petroleum based world. Homogenization is creating petroleum-based weed: indoor grows use petroleum fueled fake sun, petroleum based fertilizers, petroleum packaging, and petroleum synthesized cannabinoids. Petroleum based weed and processed products takes it from our hands and gives it up to industry. OG Emerald Triangle #personalcannabisgrowers like myself continue to boycott petroleum based #cannabis cultivation. We’ll never frequent a dispensary or buy cannabis. We keep to ourselves, grow our #emeraldtriangle terroir #caliweed, make our own remedies, and live on in the same manner as we did before quasi-legalization. They still are coming after the OGs. We still watch helicopters fly our skies to raid grows like it’s the 80’s. Yes!!
