“It's almost like, there’s a switch and I’m no longer on a diet or trying to change what I’m doing. That was just amazing, that switch of this is day to day now, it’s not a chore.” 🙋♀️ Bev is the perfect example of a previous participant who made sustainable behaviour changes on our Diabetes Remission programme, that led to her creating new healthy habits that now feel easy to do, and are part of her daily routine. 👥 We work closely with our patients to tailor our care to their specific needs so that they have the best chance of achieving their goals. Our programmes combine personalised care led by healthcare professionals with our digital tools. This blended approach helps our participants improve their health and well-being, and gain the confidence to keep up positive lifestyle changes long term.
