The best digital health companies were selected based on a ranking in the following areas: ✅ Financial performance: Public data and direct submissions from the companies were evaluated. ✅ Impact: In cooperation with HolonIQ, the benefits of the products were assessed in dimensions such as uniqueness and quality, as well as the expertise of the management team. ✅ Online engagement: User interactions with the relevant websites and apps were analysed in order to determine and classify the actual usage rate of the services and products. I'm currently in my 11th week of my 12-week TDR. I have lost 16kg which is just over my initial goal. My Oviva coach has been very active, informative and encouraging and the interactive lessons have been very insightful. Previously I was sceptical as to whether this would work for me and it is not easy, but the support from Oviva has helped me get past any stumbling blocks and wavering dedication.
