From someone not proactively posting updates in academics or profession no matter how big or small, this might just seem to be in an unusual attempt to express the sense of gratitude to the stalwarts who persisted in paving the path to a pursuit that embarked about ten years ago.
From donning the college uniform and sprinting to the Machine Dynamics lecture to joining and working in the Automotive Industry followed by the Steel industry, it has been a long pursuit to follow. It all began when I joined CV Raman College of Engineering (CVRCE), Bhubaneswar for Bachelors studies in the year 2013. The stalwarts Prof. Dr. Nitai Sundar Das, Dr Saikat Chaterjee, Nabadeep Patra, Rajat Samantaray and Lakshmi D VN Ma'm inseminated the seeds of zeal in me to follow a path and pave the way to proclivity towards Manufacturing Industry.
Despite having the choice of joining the IT Industry that offered a greater renumeration and offered more lucrative pecuniary benefits, it has never been a case of regret or need for a second thought of validation of the choice made. The first professional exposure began with RSB Transmissions (I) Ltd., shortly after graduating in 2017. The nascent experiences were pooled at the helm of Biswajit Jena, Binod Singh and Sisir Mallick Sir.
In the nick of time when it was beginning to become a repository, my zeal was directed in a different shade although not in a different direction altogether when I joined the steel industry to work with Jindal Steel & Power Ltd..The early days of transition were bridged remarkably by Soumeek Das and Atish Singh Sir, all while some experiences that could be laughed off on a lighter note. The learnings associated with the Steel manufacturing industry were augmented further by Sambit Mishra, Dhiraj Pandey , vijay upadhyay and Vikas Kumar Sir. As an instance of a pragmatic personality to look up to and follow the path of, Pankaj Lochan Sir left an indelible mark upon my professional career.
The pursuit has led to the creation of a pool of the cumulative experiences that were etched, lapped, honed and funneled into the metaphorical structure of the repository of knowledge with the undispensable contribution of the personalities mentioned in this piece of writing . I reckon it is time that this cumulative knowledge be put to an effective use and a higher ambition be pursued which could be accomplished through a way of higher studies. I am elated to bring into the knowledge that I am beginning studies of the #Masters program - #MBA & #MEng in Operational Excellence at Hochschule Hof, University of Applied Sciences, Germany.
