What an incredible experience partnering with InnerCity Weightlifting (ICW) for a great workout event! 💪 Though we had a small group, seeing our OUTbio community come together to support ICW's amazing mission was inspiring. ICW continues to make a meaningful impact by empowering marginalized and incarcerated individuals through fitness and job training. We had an incredible time at the OUTbio August event, graciously hosted by Amgen for the first time in five years! The event featured some amazing speeches on the importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and highlighted how it’s truly the people at Amgen that make the company exceptional.
