The author of English grammar book in Amazon, a researcher, legal, Mgt.HR,OB content writer & teacher. Chief organizer at TOEFL & IELTS from বাংলাদেশ,Facebook group since 2015
Hey! You, the majority of public University mid-level teachers in BD, would have had me believe that you could easily get funds among 1-50 rank Universities in the USA! A considerable number of teachers have already taken my course so that I think there to be little argument as to why I say so. Do you notice those teachers who have PhD from the USA in your University how much confidence they have possessed? Or how much are they distinguished from Greece, Romania, Thailand, etc. PhD holders? Do you think they care for our pariah partisan views all the way as they have options to leave to the USA even Canada if they get targeted by the mentioned teachers? What I notice is many cannot move to the mentioned (rank) Universities for lacking great score in IELTS or GRE. Do not kill more time then and join my course soon. If you like to know my course issue more, get to get other teachers who completed it here. Of course, we keep your privacy most when you feel comfortable all the way. In addition, you can go through my Amazon and Bangla Hard copy books to assess the quality. Get to me through messenger when you introduce yourself to me you will have two of my books, courtesy copy. (but which are total 750tk) The book has already several positive reviews from qualified people in English grammar that reviews have put in the book section as well. ( For books or courses, Mr. Masafi over 01704755466 or inbox me directly.)

Xi'an Jiaotong University responded by canceling the link between Level 4 and Level 6 degree certificates. Netizens debated whether learning English is important On September 21, the Academic Affairs Department of Xi'an Jiaotong University issued a notice that the university will no longer take the university English Level 4-6 test, on-campus English proficiency test and other kinds of external English exams and their test results as conditions for undergraduate graduation and bachelor degree award. Subsequently, the staff of the Academic Affairs Department of Xi'an Jiaotong University said that the information was true, that it was decided through consultation, and that other schools had it, and that it was also made by other schools. In this regard, some netizens expressed support, arguing that students should focus on improving practical application skills rather than learning English in order to cope with exams. Removing exam restrictions could also ease the burden on students and have more energy to study other subjects. However, some netizens believe that English is still an international common language, a key to opening the world's doors, very important for future career development and academic research, college students still need to focus on English learning. For you to get a funded PhD program in the US, you need these: 1. GRE This is usually required for MS/PhD programs Cost: $220 to $232 Exam format: > verbal > quantitative > analytical writing Max score obtainable: 340 Exam time: 3 hours 45 minutes You can write up to 5 times in a 12-month period Note: Not all schools require GRE 2. TOEFL / IELTS You may get language proficiency waiver, if not: Cost: $245 to $255 TOEFL max score: 0 - 120 IELTS max score: 0 - 9 Exam time: 2 hours 45 minutes 3. Statement of purpose (SOP) This is the most sensitive part of your application Key elements of SOP: > unique story > future direction > research interest Check sample SOPs to learn how to include the 3 4. Recommendations Avoid “bad” recommenders by all means. They will ruin your application How to spot them / avoid making them one: > an academic with gmail(.)com NOT .edu > barely knows you > does not believe in you > you did not inform them much earlier And there’s this question: Do I need to have published papers? Not really Most PhD programs admit students from BS So they barely expect you have published However, evidence of scholarly work is key: > presentations at conferences > working at some labs > academic teaching > short academic articles And if you are fortunate to be a published author There you go, you are competitive Repost / share (pass it forward) Comment a question you have

The Education Committee has launched an inquiry into international students in English universities. The inquiry will examine the changes in numbers of international students in recent years, the impact of international students on university funding and availability of places for domestic students, and whether universities are achieving an appropriate balance between international and domestic students. #CallForEvidence #InternationalStudents #HigherEducation

Navigating English language tests isn't just about studying; it's about what truly matters to students. Our research reveals four key factors: availability, recognition, speed of results, and price. Many testing bodies miss these needs, causing stress and frustration for students. At Oxford ELLT, we've spent the last four years researching these issues through surveys and studies. Students are frustrated with long wait times, limited test recognition, delayed results, and high costs. They want immediate access, universal recognition, quick feedback, and fair pricing. That's why we've designed our English test to meet student expectations by addressing these key areas, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Reimagining Post Secondary Education—I don’t wish to be flippant, but why not push the Francophone universities to “up their games” in recruitment, enrolment and retention and scholarly reputation as opposed to imposing unrealistic requirements on very successful Quebec-based universities that do an excellent job attracting students to study in and contribute to Quebec? Better yet, encourage/facilitate partnerships and alliances between anglophone and Francophone schools. Punishing successful schools to benefit other schools creates divides and animosities. Is it NECESSARY to do International curriculum in Higher Secondary to get admissions in Universities abroad? No, it is not necessary to follow an international curriculum in higher secondary (such as the IB, A-levels, or AP courses) to get admissions to universities abroad. Most universities accept a wide range of qualifications from around the world, and they consider applicants from various educational backgrounds. However, it's essential to research the specific admission requirements of the universities and programs you are interested in. Different institutions may have different preferences and requirements for applicants from different educational systems. Some universities may have specific prerequisites or expectations for applicants from certain countries or educational systems, but these requirements can vary widely. In addition to academic qualifications, universities also consider other factors, such as standardized test scores (like the SAT or ACT), letters of recommendation, personal statements, extracurricular activities, and interviews. Meeting English language proficiency requirements (usually demonstrated through tests like TOEFL or IELTS) is also important for non-native English speakers. Ultimately, what matters most is that you meet the admission requirements of the specific university and program you want to apply to. Many universities are looking for diverse and well-rounded students, so it's not solely about the curriculum but also your overall achievements and potential. So, while international curricula can be an advantage in some cases, they are not a strict requirement for admission to universities abroad.
