Taking care of our most PRECIOUS resource in Arizona, WATER! President, Bartholomew Water Services, Inc.
Why You Should Contract Arizona’s Best Water Management Firm In one word? Legacy. In another word? Know-how. My name is Dave Bartholomew. My family-run company, Bartholomew Water Services, was founded by my father, Richard Bartholomew. Dad played a key role in founding Arizona’s Department of Environmental Quality. He understood water and water systems backwards and forwards. He knew that water is Earth’s more precious resource … and how particularly true this is in desert terrain such as we find in Arizona. Today, I’m proud that my son has become my foreman. Together, we help plan, build, maintain, and operate precious water management systems all over the state. We’re particularly active in Maricopa County, where so much economic activity takes place. We know that the State of Arizona is constantly expanding. New residential, office, and mixed use developments are being built all the time. We also know what happens when these sites aren’t constructed correctly. We know the massive expenses they can create for real estate developers, investors, homeowners, and workaday people. Don’t let that happen to you. Visit our website today at bwsinconline.com. It’s our pleasure to help save you money, time, and headaches … … all while ensuring that one of our most precious natural resources will always be there for us. #arizona #water #watermanagement #wastewater #phoenix #landdeveloper #sewer

If You’re an Arizona Real Estate Developer, Why Haven’t You Called Us?!? Let’s say that you live in Arizona and you’re a wastewater management expert. In other words, let’s say that you’re me. Here’s the typical setup you find when you get a call to come to a brand new residential complex: Lift station with a forced main that pushes to a gravity sewer that dumps itself into a municipal street system. Which, at that point, carries the wastewater to a processing plant for recycling. Got all that? Okay, probably not. But that’s why I’m in business. And I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone out to a brand new site where they trusted their project engineer to do everything correctly … Only to find that this person had no idea what they were doing. From a wastewater perspective, I mean. Imagine letting your owners move into their new residences and having the sewers back up. Or imagine the adjacent commercial complex you built blowing a water main. Believe me, I’ve seen it all. I’ve heard the wailing, the gnashing of teeth. I’ve seen the tears. I’ve watched the money get spent. When it shouldn’t have. There’s an alternative. My name is Dave Bartholomew. My company, Bartholomew Water Services, is a three-generation family business that services all of Arizona, with special focus on Maricopa County. Do yourself a favor. Plan ahead and call us today. We’ll audit your wastewater management build for a fraction of the cost to repair it when something goes wrong. In other words, we’ll save you money and headaches. Now honestly, who wouldn’t want that? #arizona #wastewater #sewer #wastewatermanagement

While #Houston may not have as many regulations as some other regions across Texas, major municipalities have elective tree regulations, and many have moderate regulations depending on municipality. This can still cause major headaches during the planning and permitting phases of your project. Never fear - the Tree Mann Solutions team is here. With Jason Alfaro as our Houston Market Manager, you're in good hands! We'll help guide you through planning, permitting, and preservation to make sure you get the job done right. #TreeMannSolutions | #savetimesavemoneysavetrees | #houstontx | #centraltexas | #treesurvey | #siteplanning | #permitting | #commercialdevelopment | #treepreservation | #teamwork | #growth | #texas

Taking care of our most PRECIOUS resource in Arizona, WATER! President, Bartholomew Water Services, Inc.
Why Every Contractor, Engineer, and Private Homeowner in Arizona Should Call Us Right Now Drive around The Grand Canyon State. What do you see? Dozens if not hundreds of construction projects. These include residential, commercial, and mixed use sites. And they all need something most people never bother to stop and think about. They all need wastewater management systems. Which, according to local and state laws, are privately owned by the project itself. Which means that they have to be planned, built, operated, and maintained according to complex regulations. Sadly, most real estate developers don’t have a clue as to what they’re doing when they build a sewer system. Even worse, a sewer system’s inherent flaws often pop up years down the line. By that point, the developer’s long gone. It becomes the homeowner or site owner’s problem. And believe me, it can get expensive. That’s why I want you to visit our website today: bwsinconline.com. My name is Dave Bartholomew. My family-owned business is Bartholomew Water Services. Put simply, we’re experts in saving you money. We can audit your existing sewer system and get to know its profile … … then operate and maintain that system in perpetuity so that nothing serious ever goes wrong. An ounce of prevention is worth a gallon of cure. Don’t wait. Contact us today. #phoenix #wastewater #watermanagement #arizona #sewer #sewermanagement #familybusiness #videomarketing

Many Times, Wastewater Isn’t Your City’s Problem … It’s Yours I recently visited what I like to call Phoenix’s boom town, the valley out west of the city. So much development’s taking place out there. Seems like new projects are breaking ground wherever you look. I’d been called to check up on a mixed use residential-commercial property. Condos coupled with office towers. A ton of complex infrastructure. From a water perspective, that’s a lot of things that can go wrong … if you don’t hire an expert. My job on this particular site was to make sure the wastewater from all those buildings dumped properly into the municipal sewer system. Once that happened, it was the city’s problem. Until that happened, the land owners were on the hook. My name is Dave Bartholomew. My company’s name is Bartholomew Water Services. If you’re a homeowner, head of a homeowner’s association, or a real estate developer, I hope you’ll give me a call. In the long run, my company can save you money—either by helping you plan your system the right way or maintaining it once it’s been built. Either way, you stand to profit. Give us a call: 602-692-7648 We protect Arizona’s most precious resource, WATER! #wastewater #watermanagement #phoenix #arizona #sewer #HOA #landdevelopment

Latest ArcUser cover story reports that firefighters view urban communities as overgrown forests. When homes are clustered together, made of wood, and surrounded by vegetation, there's a higher probability of fire risk. Even as climate change is making wildfires worse, more Americans than ever are moving to fire-prone areas. U.S. Forest Service research shows, more than 20 million American homes are susceptible. Nearly half in 3 states: California, Texas, and Colorado. Fire mitigation technology is the innovation urban planners need to save lives. Chemistry is rooted in innovation, and the next generation of fire-safety products is in various stages of development. The built world is focused on other areas of innovation: construction technology, property technology, energy efficiencies, infrastructure government funds, modular housing, sustainable building, and cement innovation. FireGuardia is committed to fireproof materials, that eliminate the poisoning effects of traditional fire retardants — saving lives and protecting the environment while contributing to a carbon-neutral outcome by giving new life to previously used and demolished materials.
