Salesforce CPQ demands a critical role in change management. Here’s an example - Process-Oriented to People-Oriented Series - Case Study #3 Recently, I worked with a client in Hi-tech space serving financial giants. And when I say giants, I mean it! Their business numbers were great, but they were having a hard time managing sales. Hence, they tried to help themselves with a Salesforce CPQ implementation. But here’s the twist: The newly implemented CPQ system overwhelmed the team due to a missing link - Lack of user training and change management documentation. Result? → Miscommunication chaos → Untrained users (which is one of the CPQ pitfalls I keep talking about) This left the client reluctant to use the system. When we (RevSolutions) came into the picture, we took a step back. Started by simplifying the implemented solution, made the system transparent, and focused a lot on user training. No matter how complex or easy your implementation is, you have to allocate an appropriate time frame for the users to become familiar with it. Again, a people-centric solution. P.S.
