Hence I will be mostly taking in my own bespoke Eurosport highlight mix via watching 5 hours of coverage on 30x speed in the evenings. What do you think of when you think about Italy? Well the normal person probably thinks gelato, pizza, coffee, etc 🍕 ☕ 🍨 but this post is on government debt and specifically different types. 💶 As the chart shows, Italy has very much embraced retail in its own government debt market. The highlighted debt types are all marketed to the individual investor and total around 6% of total debt or 150bn EUR. 💶 💷 The UK debt management office has recently named its successor to Sir Robert Stheeman. Jessica Pulay commences in the role in June. Would 150bn GBP of retail money be of interest one wonders over the coming years? 💷 And more importantly what to call such issuance. Big thanks to Cecilia Lopez, Andreas Bardun, Jon Moss, and Alex F. for sharing your experiences. These brilliant presenters spoke about localization challenges and consistent brand identity. I felt a gold rush vibe in the air, realizing so many ambitious brands are aiming for the Brazilian market. A huge shoutout to the organizers, sponsors, and all the amazing attendees. You all made this event unforgettable! I wish we had more large-scale events like this in Chile.  They significantly influence public perception of iGaming and the adoption of new legal frameworks. Panama is one of the most strategic places that exists for business. (Sorry Dubai) This little detail makes all the difference. And people tend to forget that. And the city is equipped with 3 airports, no less. One for domestic flights and two for international flights (Tocumen and Balboa). Between one and three hours I can go almost anywhere in the area: In the Caribbean, Mexico, Colombia, Aruba, Santo Domingo, Havana, the Bahamas and Miami. It’s ultra practical especially since we have low cost companies like Wingo. Okay for trips to Africa it’s a little longer but in this case Turkish Airlines back me up. The penultimate Friday before the Go Live of AGORA. The spotlight is on those unsung heroes who have had to overcome a lot of challenges locally to ensure the project stays on track. Jiri Pernica - (with much-needed support from Tomasz Kukula) has coordinated his own set of champions across all of CEE. 9 countries, their requirements, testing, user access management, 9 different IT departments, local regulations etc. Honestly, the guy needs a medal. Next we have Javier Abellán & Alberto Rojo Moro who are the champions for Med & Latam, so not just coordinating 5 countries, but also multiple different time zones! Again, 5 different local IT departments, a massive undertaking! Finally Michael Shum and Tom Wong who have been working tirelessly in Hong Kong and Thailand, staying late, getting up early just to remain part of the team. This is where we see the benefit of virtual working! Managing one country is complex enough, but when you manage a region with so many moving parts - to stay positive, resolute and focused is a must!
