Hi everyone! I wanted to re-introduce myself -What if by putting your health and self care first instead of last, you easily attracted in more abundance? -What if you could lead your business and relationships from a place of ease instead of forced action, control and "have-to's"? -What if you could do less but attract in more? I am a naturopathic medical doctor and I empower women to transform unresolved hormone, gut and energy issues into radiant health so that they can show up fully in their business and relationships. I love using functional lab testing, supplements, acupuncture, cupping, paradigm shifts and feminine energy mentorship to fill in what I feel is missing in current medical care. To truly address the root cause, I like to take it a step further- I also teach women how to shift their identity, paradigms and how they operate in their business from a more feminine place. Because it is likely that stress, control and forced action from subconscious patterns caused these symptoms in the first place. Our bodies reflect what is going on in our mind. When you're stressed you feel tension, when emotions are high, your body is on high alert then exhausted. These are small examples- Our medical system has overlooked this power and this is why we "know what to do to heal, to lose weight, to feel good" but we can't seem to breakthrough and keep that long term progress. This is why I bring in mentorship to shift the identity, paradigms (your view of yourself and the world) and subconscious rewiring. When you become a new person that thinks differently, you will not re-create your symptoms and your current results. We want to work smarter, not harder! Message me privately on here and instagram @drjuliamarie to chat more!

⭐ Understand Yourself Better Through the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine ⭐ Naturopath | 5e TCM Acupuncturist | Educator
In Chinese medicine, each organ is associated with a two hour period on the clock. These organs overlap in function with the Western concepts of organs, but they aren’t the same. 3-5AM is lung time. So if you’re waking consistently between those hours, it could mean that there’s an imbalance in your lung function. Let’s take a look at 3 areas in your life that relate to your lung health. #1 Boundaries The lung is associated with the skin in Chinese medicine and both organs are a boundary between the inside and outside world. If your boundaries are constantly being invaded physically, mentally, or emotionally, this can irritate or deplete your lung energy. To help, create a space for yourself as the lungs thrive when you give them some breathing room. #2 Inspiration The lung is responsible for inspiration physically through breath, and also mentally and emotionally. If you’ve got a super important creative project or are at a transition point in your life where you need more clarity and insight you might find yourself waking in the early morning hours. If you’re up it’s a great time to reflect, meditate, pray, and connect with what’s meaningful to you. #3 Grief Grief is the emotion of the lung, and if you’ve had a recent loss, it’s very common to wake up during lung time. Grief doesn’t have to mean crying your eyes out, it can also be a sense of longing for the past or what could have been. If you’d like to learn more about how Chinese medicine can support your sleep, check out my workshop Improve Your Sleep with Chinese medicine: https://lnkd.in/gYuSUTYW

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 Did you know that hypnosis can serve as a powerful tool for promoting healing and wellness? Drawing from extensive research on the mind-body connection, we delve into the transformative potential of hypnosis in addressing disease and promoting holistic well-being. Hypnosis, often misunderstood or misrepresented, holds profound therapeutic benefits when used appropriately and ethically. Through the induction of a deeply relaxed state and heightened focus, hypnosis allows individuals to access their subconscious mind—the seat of beliefs, emotions, and habits that shape their experiences and perceptions. Research illuminates how hypnosis can influence physiological processes, including immune function, pain perception, and healing responses. By harnessing the power of suggestion and visualisation, hypnosis can modulate the body's stress response, alleviate pain, and facilitate the activation of innate healing mechanisms. Studies have demonstrated the efficacy of hypnosis in various medical contexts, from managing chronic pain and reducing symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome to enhancing immune function and supporting cancer care. By tapping into the mind's innate capacity to influence physical health, hypnosis offers a non-invasive and empowering approach to healing. Moreover, hypnosis can be tailored to address specific health concerns, working in synergy with conventional medical treatments to optimise outcomes and improve quality of life. Unorthodox Methods for Emotional Detox | Thinkfluencer | Emotional Disruptor | All Parts Are Welcome | Social Scientist |
Do you know your cells and breathwork are a perfect match? When I learned this, it changed how I cared for my body. When you practice intentional breathing, it liberates your cells. Intentional breathing, is the pathway to: ✅healing the emotional body ✅establishing inner harmony ✅creating mental healing The body has trillions of cells. They feel what we feel. In addition to teaching clients about breathwork, I also teach them to speak to the body. For example, take your time and speak affirmations to your body. Tell your body thank you for helping me. We are always rushing, forgetting to be present. Slowing down and asking your body to show you how to take care of it. My holistic coach taught me, "The body is always talking. We have to learn how to listen to it". I know this sounds different but speaking to your body wakes your cells up. Try it! There are only 10 more days left of the 30 Day Breathwork Challenge! Breathe with me! #breathwork #healing #biology #holistichealing ___________________________________ Instructions for 30 Day Breathwork Challenge Simple Breathwork Technique: Intentional Breathing-Slow Deep Breathing 5 to 15 Minutes a Day 1 to 4 Times a Day ____________________________________ Breathwork Steps: Sit up or Lay Down Make sure your body is relaxed Relax stomach Place hands below navel (OPTIONAL) Or connect your thumb to your pointing finger Inhale a deep slow breath through your nose Hold it for 2 to 4 seconds Exhale slow through your mouth Eyes are closed & FOCUS on your breathing _____________________________________ Medical Issues - If you’re pregnant or suffer from serious medical issues consult with your doctor before beginning. This technique is for informational purposes only.
