High for public good is an exercise in expressing frustration. I mean, they're like, quite literally is to get all that space, to get all the things that people really want to do and create a time where people can focus and get all those things that they've been wanting to do and let them get it done. They are trying to reimagine the future of Rd. payments and traffic enforcement. So we're all drivers, all bikers, and we've been following the news on ERP 2.0, which is the current hot topic. We also have heard from both that they're quite resistant to the idea of having to install the three piece hardware. We wanted to prove that there's a better way to manage payments, monitor vehicles and build software, so we're trying to keep it as low cost as possible. No entry, no hardware. We are using optical character recognition, which reads the license plates of the cars as they pass by Cash Cards are quite outdated, they're not the most convenient. It locks your money in and. Sport often forget to top it up, which then incurs fights. We've heard it go up to like people spending thousands of dollars. We are building a mobile app for users to put in their payment details. We are also building an admin interface for traffic police officers to monitor traffic offenses. So we thought of building our Compulsion consolidated platform where folks could just go onto this platform, check what they need during the duration of the loan period and just put up a loan request. And we used tech to then track where the items are, Which station is it with. You have been contacting either units via e-mail and even our WhatsApp chats to get information of the equipment that we want to loan. There are some specific dates. Where we require additional and more extensive loan of occurrence because of the standbys that we have, this concept of resource sharing within agencies and even across other agencies will help the government maximize the usage of our assets across their lifecycle. Such digital tools support SCF, digital transformation and innovation efforts to streamline processes, enhance efficiency and importantly make our officers lives easier. We think that it's quite absurd that 30,000 households in Singapore that still struggle to make ends meet. We're trying to make it super easy for you and me, anyone in Singapore, to just chip in a little bit to buy some brand new item for household that's in need. Social workers list item onto the platform. Anyone who has the link sees the item, reads the story and can chip in until the price is met, namely buy the item brand new. While talking to a lot of these MSMS, we've heard that one pain point is actually, you know, to do the whole patient conversation. You know, these conversations are quite emotionally taxing and they can often last for like one hour long. But synthesizing them and then writing them down in the case notes that can often take, do you know, another hour or even more than that if we can leverage existing open source tools. To help them transcribe those conversations well and then summarize them into like a meaningful format that can actually save them a lot of time. I think it's quite useful being able to real time record and then transcribe and having that summary portion. I think it will help especially for a longer sessions. We are trying to solve a problem that exists when our personal data gets leaked, which is we don't know what directors know about us. We were wondering, like, how is it that scammers are able to have so much information about you or me, to the point that some, myself included, can actually be fooled to think there's someone I know. The solution we developed is to allow citizens to simply check what and how much data has been compromised and. We are able to echo on it. We do not want people to feel helpless. A lot of these projects are thinking about how to better our lives or citizen. It comes from a place of good and so impactful as well.To view or add a comment, sign in
