People are thinking about where they want to live, where they want to raise a family. That's often at the top of the list. They're looking at schools, they're looking at parks, they're looking at other amenities. One thing that I think is, is really big with parks and something that I truly wasn't able to see really until I started working at Opengov was really the impact that parks have, you know, on our daily lives. A lot of our customers prior to using Cartograph asset management software, they essentially were doing daily. Checks in the park, they were going to every park every day, wasting a lot of time, resources and energy. So one of the key features of cardiograph asset management software is an automation manager. So really being able to automate certain tasks or things that need to happen based on information input by park. One of the biggest benefits of the cartograph asset management system is to integrate bidirectionally with that Esri GIS platform in our software you're able to. Before work order management as well as long term asset management and planning, the software is really going to allow you to forecast how much money we need to spend to be able to maintain this level of service that we're currently giving to our residents. And being able to really advocate for your department with the mobile app, having the map view of where their assets are at as well as the tasks for that list view of what needs to be done. They're going to see all of that, you know, right then and there. Once you do transform from a paper product and daily inspections to those digital inspections on the mobile application, some of our customers have been able to save up to 30% of time and resources just by not going to every park every day and also not having to drive back to their main area to submit all of that data that they've captured on paper into the computer. We really like to take a holistic approach, and I truly understand how you're doing things today, currently, how we can replicate that in our software. And maybe make that a little bit better or streamlined for you too.To view or add a comment, sign in
