Dear Mr. Huettl, you know about Opels poor performance in service and delivery - how can you believe your products are good? My Opel Movano has now been delivered with 12 month delay and more than four unfulfilled delivery dates. And once again Opel has succeeded in lowering the quality of service even further. I was not allowed to make subsequent changes 14 months ago. Opel has now delivered an Opel Movano with wrong equipment and the ordered Equipment was omitted without consultation. Email or telephone obviously unknown, Even CEO Mr. Huettl couldn´t help because he tokk only careon the first view. In my case, the Opel organisation was unclear and unreliable,  non-transparent and incompetent. As a new customer, I would not order an Opel because these behaviours certainly have an impact on product quality. If you want to save yourself a lot of trouble, then stay away from Opel.

Opel Frontera used to be a light off road SUV, why this (surely beautiful and interesting) car should have the same name? Air lift suspension? Low gear? 4wd?

Merhaba 15/09/2023 tarihinde OPEL bayisinden satın aldığım sıfır “MOKKA”aracımın yaklaşık 1,5 ay sonra beyni yani “TELEMATİK ALICISI” arızalandı, önce müşteri hizmetleri güncelleme geleceğini söyleyerek beni 2 hafta bekletti, bayiye gidip serviste kontrol edildikten sonra arızalandığını öğrendim, parça siparişi oluşturduk 9 aydır bekliyoruz ve bana hiçbir şekilde çözüm ile yaklaşılmıyor, ikame araç teklif edildi kabul ettiğimizde ikame araçta tahsis edilmedi alırken ilgili olan yöneticiler böyle durumlarda nerede uluslararası bir şirket kendi aracının parçasını 9 aydır tedarik edemiyor. OPEL TÜRKİYE mağdur etmeye devam ediyor, müşterisini geçiştirmekten başka herhangi bir çözüm üretilmiyor. Maddi manevi yıpratılıyoruz!!
