This year, some of us attended Cannes Lions with our clients once again.
We gained insights from artists, athletes, and other professionals worldwide. Ultimately, our work centres around connecting with people on an emotional and intellectual level. It was reassuring to see that everyone faces challenges, yet we felt immense pride in how Omnicom continues to lead in many areas.

One last Cannes post: I want to be a speaker next year.
I have learned a lot about leading creating teams, and I have lot to say about team building, culture, relationships, and how to give creative feedback. Because the reality is that all of those things done properly lead to better creative. And that's what Cannes should be all about.
In other words, I don't care if I win a lion. I want to share what I know so more creatives can win lions themselves.
So I'm just gonna start manifesting that goal now. I know a lot of you out there in my network have spoken at Cannes or even work for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, and all advice, connections, or flat out offers to participate are welcome.
