OMD has once again been named the best performing global media network in RECMA’s Diagnostics report for the sixth consecutive edition and has widened its lead over its nearest competitor to a historic level. OMD’s performance led RECMA to declare that “OMD has no direct competitor today” among global media agency networks. In the region, OMD APAC has retained the #2 spot in the overall diagnostics report for Asia Pacific (up from #6 in 2020); has the best performance in compitches over the last 3 years; is #2 in digital, data, and tech expertise; and is #2 in vitality (up from 3 in the last edition and closing the gap to the top spot). RECMA's Diagnostics report once again names OMD as the best-performing global media network for the sixth consecutive report, and a breakdown of the global ranking positions OMD as the best-performing agency in EMEA, Central East Europe, the Nordics, and North America. OMD's outstanding performance has significantly extended its lead over its nearest competitor and RECMA declared that "OMD has no direct competitor today" among global media agency networks. The report from RECMA (the Research Company Evaluating the Media Agency Industry), OMG earned its encore as the #1 ranked global media network by adding close to $3 billion in net new business. Additionally, OMG was the only holding company media group to show positive net new business gains across every global region; and was also the #1 ranked group in EMEA and LATAM.
