I don't follow F1.
But every time there's a Grand Prix anywhere in the world, David Schneiders stunning Grand Prix posts always pop up on my feed, and I cant help but dive in.
What amazes me is that F1 isn't just about the driver or the high-tech car, even though that's where the big bucks are spent. The unsung heroes? The pit crew. They're responsible for everything else during the race—a half-second delay in a pit stop or even a slight misjudgment about a rival driver can be a game-changer.
Now hold on, this post is not about F1.
Time for a plot twist.
If you're a leader,
Imagine yourself to be the driver.
Your business or team is the F1 car.
And everyone else? They're your pit crew. What if one of them messes up, feeds you wrong info, or doesn't act on time? You're suddenly in a tight spot. It might cost you a million or result in a lost opportunity.
everyone makes mistakes, but could it be deliberate as well ?
So why would a team member throw a wrench in the works? Aren't you all on the same team, gunning for the same finish line?
Leaders and team members, I'm curious—what could be the reasons? 🤔
