And I would change this to include women partners, too - Child Sexual Abuse perpetrators are girlfriends, too (as we know from the horrific story of Baby Star). “Here's my plea to you: take time to truly know someone before introducing them to your children. A few months of dating is not enough to judge a person's character. Look beyond their charm, their compliments, and their attention. Observe their actions, their reactions, their patience, their values. Ask about their past. Meet their family, their friends.” Do a Sarah's Law check. Do a Clare's law check.
