Deemples, a platform designed for golfers based in Malaysia, has secured a USD 2 million investment from V Ventures Asia, a venture capital firm headquartered in Singapore. GOPIZZA Global HQ, a pizza chain incorporating technology, secured a $10 million investment from Charoen Pokphand Group Co.,Ltd. (CP Group), a Thai conglomerate renowned for its ownership of 7-Eleven and Lotus. BayaniPay, a payments automation firm with operations in Los Angeles and the Philippines, has secured an extra USD 3 million, bringing its Series A funding to USD 9.6 million. Wavemaker Partners, PTGB, and Talino Venture Studios are the main contributors to this latest capital injection. AgriG8, a startup headquartered in Singapore with a focus on reducing carbon emissions in rice farming, has secured an undisclosed amount from Better Bite Ventures and The Trendlines Group. Octayne Green Fuels, a waste-to-energy enterprise based in Singapore, has obtained USD 525,000 in pre-seed financing from Wavemaker Impact. Arches, a platform for sharing knowledge with a focus on the Asia Pacific area, has secured USD 3 million in funding, spearheaded by KUSABI, with contributions from Visional, SMBC Venture Capital, and angel investors. This round boosts the company's total funding to USD 5 million. Paper.id, a B2B fintech firm based in Indonesia, has secured an undisclosed amount of Series B funding, with Square Peg Venture Capital Ltd. taking the lead in this round.
