I have attended a 2-day mini course with the theme of Digital Marketing Course Offered by Tempat Belajar. This mini course took place online on January 27-28, 2024. The topics covered include an introduction to digital marketing and insights into careers in the digital marketing field. It was a valuable experience that provided deep insights into this industry.

At the beginning of the year, I took on the challenge of building a digital marketing strategy for Lujo Heights. My goal was clear: harness the power of SEO and email marketing to elevate the company's online presence. I started by working on the website to improve its Google ranking. At that time, Lujo Heights wasn't ranking for any keywords in the real estate sector. To address this, I researched popular search terms and decided to write blogs focused on these high-traffic keywords. The results have been remarkable. Today, Lujo Heights ranks number two for real estate investment in Port Harcourt and holds the top spot for land banking. Additionally, it is among the top ten real estate companies in Port Harcourt overall. Our aim is to secure the number one position by the end of July. Taking on this responsibility allowed me to apply and refine the strategies I have learned over the years, transforming Lujo Heights' digital footprint and achieving significant milestones along the way.

Another year, another Baoli Australia EOFY sale campaign. 🦺 Executed in partnership with Baoli's exclusive distributor, Linde Material Handling Australia, we aimed to reinforce further the message we launched last year, 'The Blueprint for Affordable & Reliable'. We elevated the creative direction further and went to market with an evolved digital campaign covering every marketing funnel stage. Utilising the data we gathered on the performance of 2023's campaign, and analysing past paid performance, we crafted an approach that would get more bang for Baoli's buck. This meant: 🔷 Dropping marketing channels that weren't delivering 🔷 Further utilising tried and trusted channels by adopting new ad formats within them that we found had worked well for our other clients 🔷 Allowing a little bit of room for experimentation on one new channel to see if we could enhance campaign performance even more #DIJGTAL #WeAreTheExperience #DigitalMarketing #Marketing #Creative
